It is very normal for CNC machining to encounter faults during operation, so we should not be too surprised when encountering faults. To avoid more faults, we need to do a good job of maintenance outside of work. Many new users do not know what to do when encountering faults. To solve problems, we need to first find the source of the problem, Let's take a look at what causes CNC machining?
1. It may be due to the cutting tool, sometimes it's not something wrong with our operation, but rather a problem with the accessories, because the cutting tool is not sharp enough, the strength is not enough, and these reasons can all lead to the breakage of the cutting tool.
2. It can also be due to material issues, such as uneven softness and hardness of the aluminum alloy shell, or the presence of too many impurities, which can lead to problems.
3. Regarding the clamping problem, we need to check whether the aluminum alloy casing is securely clamped; Whether the fixture is locked tightly. These reasons are all worth our attention.
4. Another issue is the machine tool. Whether the CNC machining machine tool is level; Whether the voltage is stable; Is the machine tool lead screw aging or other reasons
5. The programming problem is whether the spindle motor speed is too low when writing the aluminum alloy casing processing program; Whether the cutting capacity is too large; Whether the processing allowance is reasonable; Check if the aluminum chips are discharged smoothly.
