Q: What types of precision parts processing services does your company provide?

A: We provide full-process services such as CNC processing, five-axis linkage processing, micro-precision processing, turning/milling, wire cutting (EDM), metal 3D printing, surface treatment (such as anodizing, electroplating), etc., covering metal, plastic and special material processing.

Q: What materials can be processed?

A: Including but not limited to aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper, PEEK, nylon, etc. For special material requirements, please contact customer service for customized solutions.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: We support small and large batch production, without rigid MOQ restrictions, and can also accept single orders (depending on the complexity of the process).

 

Technology and Quality Question

 

Q: What is the machining accuracy?

A: Conventional machining accuracy is ±0.01mm, and ultra-high precision requirements can reach ±0.005mm (depending on the material and process). The whole process is tested using a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

Q: How to ensure the quality of parts?

A: We have passed the ISO 9001 quality system certification, equipped with full-process quality inspection (IQC/IPQC/OQC), and provide inspection reports (including size, hardness, surface roughness and other data).

Q: What design files need to be provided?

A: Supports drawings in formats such as STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF, etc. It is recommended to provide 3D models + 2D engineering drawings (marking tolerances, surface treatment requirements, etc.).

 

Order and Delivery Question

 

Q: What is the order process?

A: 1) Submit drawings/inquiries online → 2) Technical evaluation and quotation confirmation → 3) Sign a contract and pay a deposit → 4) Production and quality inspection → 5) Ship and provide logistics order number.

Q: How long does the production cycle take?

A: 3-7 working days for standard parts, and complex parts need to be evaluated according to the process (the fastest support is 24-hour expedited service, the fee is calculated separately).

Q: Does it support global delivery? How is the freight calculated?

A: It supports global logistics (DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.). The freight is automatically calculated based on weight, destination and timeliness, and can be checked online when placing an order.

 

Price and Payment Question

 

Q: How to calculate the processing fee?

A: The fee is determined by the material cost, processing time, surface treatment process and order quantity. A detailed quotation will be provided within 2 hours after the drawing is submitted.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and Alipay (including international version) are supported. Large orders can be paid in installments.

 

After-sales and Others Question

 

Q: What if the parts do not meet the requirements?

A: A: If the problem is caused by our reasons, we promise to rework or remake for free; you can apply for after-sales within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Q: Do you provide design optimization suggestions?

A: A: Yes! Our engineers can review the drawings for free and propose manufacturability (DFM) improvement plans to help reduce costs and improve yield.

Q: How to protect customer design privacy?

A: A: All file transfers are encrypted, and the NDA confidentiality agreement is signed by default. Design information will never be disclosed to third parties without authorization.
