1. CNC precision machining local error
Many automated parts processing factories often encounter reasonable dimensional errors in the processed workpiece during product error detection, but local dimensional errors are significant. In fact, this reason is mainly caused by the large gap between the screw mother and the screw in the lathe.
Originally, there were gaps in this area, but after a long period of operation of the lathe, the gap between the screw and the screw will naturally widen. When programming CNC precision machining, the compensation error of this gap was considered, but the newly added gap was not compensated, resulting in local size exceeding the tolerance. Usually, it is necessary to repair this gap or replace the lead screw.
2. Overall error of CNC precision machining
If the overall error of the processed workpiece is large, it is basically necessary to redo it. Loose connections between the lathe and the screw or screw can easily cause significant errors. When machining a workpiece, the cutting resistance is very high. If the connection becomes loose, there will be size drift during cutting. The connection of this lathe must be tightened in order to eliminate the error fault.
Another situation is that the looseness of the electric tool holder can also cause significant errors in CNC precision machining. During the tool change process, the tool holder cannot automatically lock, and the lower tool point will shift during cutting, which inevitably leads to significant errors. It is necessary to lock the tool holder to avoid this error.
