How to determine the reasons for the decrease in CNC machining accuracy?

The accuracy and efficiency of CNC machining are relatively high. Its principle is to use digital information for control, and the machining range is very wide. However, during the operation process, it is inevitable to encounter some small problems, such as a decrease in the accuracy of CNC machining. So how should we diagnose it? Let's follow the editor and take a look!

1. Visualization method: Fault phenomena and processing status of CNC machining machines. Check the alarm information of the cathode ray tube, whether there is deformation, smoke, and combustion in the alarm indicator light and capacitor components; Hear abnormal sounds such as protector tripping, smell burnt electrical components, touch other odors, and check for any heating; Check for vibrations or poor connections.

2. Parameter check method: The parameters are usually stored in RAM. If the battery voltage is insufficient, the system may not be powered on for a long time, or external interference may cause parameter loss or confusion. Relevant parameters should be checked and corrected based on the characteristics of the fault.

3. Isolation method: Some faults are difficult to distinguish between the CNC part, servo system, or mechanical part.

4. Same type switching method: Replace the suspected faulty template with a backup board with the same function, or replace the template or unit with the same function.

5. Functional program testing methods can use G, M, S, T; Make small programs for all instructions of the function, and run these programs when diagnosing faults to determine the missing function.
